Cancellation Policy

We request as much advance notice as possible for any cancellation or schedule change. For private-pay rides, late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time and whether resources were reserved specifically for the trip.

A trip may be treated as a no-show if the rider is unavailable, not ready within the applicable wait period, cannot be reached, or declines the trip upon driver arrival after service has already been dispatched. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling or service availability.

Drivers may wait a reasonable amount of time after arriving for pickup. Extended wait time may affect route timing, later pickups, and operational capacity. Private-pay wait-time charges may apply where disclosed and permitted.

Hospital discharge timing, clinic delays, dialysis timing, and other facility-related changes can affect pickup schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust when possible, but timing changes may depend on vehicle and driver availability.

We understand that certain cancellations may result from genuine emergencies, sudden hospitalization, or medically necessary changes. Where appropriate, we may review these situations on a case-by-case basis.

If your trip is private-pay, any refund or service credit determination will depend on the timing of cancellation, the type of service reserved, payment processing status, and whether the vehicle or crew had already been dispatched.
