Southern California ambulatory and wheelchair ride requests can be submitted online. Bay Area trips and stretcher transportation are arranged through Dispatch.

Ambulatory

For riders who can walk, with optional steadying assistance for safety.

  • Curbside assistance, or door-to-door when arranged
  • Foldable walker or cane storage
  • Assistance entering and exiting the vehicle

Typical requirements

Rider can transfer into a standard seat with assistance if needed.

Best for

Riders who can safely transfer into a standard vehicle seat

Wheelchair

Ramp- or lift-equipped transportation with securement for riders who remain in a wheelchair.
