Ambulatory

For riders who can walk, with optional steadying assistance for safety.

Includes

  • Curbside or Door-to-Door assistance
  • Foldable walker/cane storage
  • Assistance entering/exiting vehicle

Typical Requirements

Rider can transfer into a standard seat (with assistance if needed).

Best For:

Physical therapy, dialysis, routine check-ups

Wheelchair

Lift-equipped transport with securement for riders who remain in a wheelchair.

Includes

  • ADA-compliant hydraulic lifts
  • 4-point securement system
  • Seat for one caregiver (when available)

Typical Requirements

Rider remains in wheelchair during loading and transport.

Best For:

Mobility impaired, Post-surgery, Rehabilitation

Gurney / Stretcher

Stretcher transport for riders who must remain lying down during the trip.

Includes

  • Two-person stretcher team
  • Bed-to-bed transfer service
  • Wait-and-return options available

Typical Requirements

Required when rider cannot safely sit upright for transport.

Best For:

Hospital discharges, Bed-bound patients, Skilled Nursing transfers
