Requesting a ride
How a trip is requested depends on the region. A request is not a confirmed ride — Dispatch confirms the service level and pickup window before it is scheduled.
Dispatch
Dispatch can check a specific pickup and drop-off in either region before you send a request. Southern California ambulatory and wheelchair ride requests can be submitted online; Bay Area trips and stretcher transportation are arranged by phone.
Office hours: Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. For a question you can also send us a message, which does not schedule a trip.
